Bhakti Yoga is a spiritual path in Hinduism that emphasizes loving devotion to a chosen deity, aiming to develop a deep, personal relationship with the divine. Practices like chanting, singing, praying, and selfless service help cultivate this devotion and ultimately lead to spiritual liberation.

Former monk

At a young age Jamuna moved into an ashram in 1996. He followed an simple yogic lifestyle practicing Bhakti Yoga. He studied Vedic philosophy from ancient literatures such as the Bhagavata Gita, Shrimad Bhagavatam and Chaitanya Charitamrita. Learned in reading Sanskrit and in teaching philosophy, Jamuna also lived in India, diving deep into self realization. He continues to practices Bhakti Yoga and shares his knowledge with others in his classes, retrears and in yoga teacher trainings.
