Invigorating class - Energize, a strong vinyasa that seamlessly blends dynamic movement with breath awareness - designed for fundamental strength, cardiovascular health, and mind-body connection. The fast paced sequence, set to music, fosters fluid, creative, and energizing practice, leaving you empowered and revitalized.
YOGA
In-person (San Diego) or Zoom classes are available. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi - a private class gives you the opportunity for personalized care and instruction. You may also gather a small group for the same purpose and share the individualized experience.
Yoga classes are Vinyasa and will be modified to meet your needs.
QIGONG
Qigong has its roots in Daoist tradition dating back to 2146 bce. Qigong uses exercises (formations) to optimize energy within the body, mind and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Qigong has both psychological and physical components and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body’s movement and posture.
Qigong can be a one-on-one session to address specific mind/body needs or small groups. Sessions focus on specific physical movements, padding exercises and acupressure points. 3-sessions is recommended for optimal effect.
